Use this website lawfully and provide information you are authorised to share. Do not interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit spam or attempt unauthorised access to private records.

Website use does not itself confirm a service purchase or create permission for optional analytics or advertising. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain information handling and your separate tracking choices.

Submitting a form acknowledges a request only. It does not confirm availability, a place in an event, a talent booking, a production commitment or a final price.

Scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, taxes, payment milestones, revisions, cancellation and usage rights must be agreed in writing for each project. Any indicative website information is subject to the agreed proposal or contract. The Refund and Cancellation Policy provides general information; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Talent availability, fees, riders, travel, permissions and usage rights are confirmed case by case. A designer application, sponsorship enquiry or guest-interest submission does not guarantee selection, exclusivity or an invitation.

A booking or partnership requires the relevant written confirmation, approvals and agreed commercial arrangements. Event-specific terms may also apply.

You must have the permissions needed to submit project briefs, photographs, video, portfolio material and information about other people. Submission allows us to review and handle the material for the requested enquiry or service; it does not transfer ownership to TBTP or authorise unrelated public use.

Do not submit confidential scripts, trade secrets or unreleased campaign assets before agreeing a suitable secure process and any necessary confidentiality agreement. A general enquiry form does not itself create an NDA. This does not limit our data-protection obligations.

Website text, design and media are owned by TBTP or used under relevant licences and permissions. Stock service imagery is illustrative and credited separately; it is not presented as a completed TBTP client campaign.

Founder and team experience may include work carried out independently or through another organisation; references do not imply that every named brand is a direct TBTP client or endorses TBTP. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

Do not reuse website media or brand assets without the necessary rights. Agreed project deliverables, source files and usage permissions are governed by the project contract.

Links and explicitly loaded external players connect to services operated by others. Their availability and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and notices. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations when using service providers.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but errors or interruptions can occur. Contact us to confirm important project details before relying on them.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, TBTP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by website use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer or privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability for a booked project is addressed in its agreement.
